The 92 productions she performed received acclaim from Canadian critics. Contractor accepted the offer to attend Stratford's Conservatory program. Only eight men selected as well as four females get accepted for the 20-week course of classical theater. The actress's spot in the next play season was secured and she was offered the part of Hermia.
